BARRY GREENFIELD DDS

Dr. Greenfield completed his Bachelor of Science from Baruch College in New York City with a Major in Human Biology and a Minor in Accounting. He was on the National Dean’s List, Deans list, and a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma-National Honor Society. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. After completing his DDS, he completed a one year general practice Residency at Metropolitan Hospital in New York City.

Dr. Barry Greenfield pursued a specialty in the field of Periodontics when he completed the Specialty Certificate in Periodontics and acted as the Chief Resident in the Department of Postgraduate Periodontics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Dr. Greenfield is skilled in all phases of Implant Dentistry including sinus augmentation and bone grafting. He places a variety of Dental Implant types including Nobel Biocare, 3i, Straumann, Zimmer, Astra, Biohorizons and Astra. Dr. Greenfield also performs periodontal plastic surgery, osseous surgery, guided tissue regeneration, and dental extractions.

Dr. Greenfield has worked as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dentistry at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and he has been in private practice since 1991.

Dr. Greenfield is a member of the American Academy of Periodontics (AAP) and the American Dental Association (ADA).
